It was a great time again! It was our second time in 13 years. You could tell that the property was very understaffed- it was sadly run down with limited staff members (who were doing their best). I have been to several other all inclusive resorts in Mexico and have always had stellar options! The beach was beautiful, although the entry to the ocean is rather rocky. I also have Celiac (gluten allergy), and no one really understood what that was.
Adrian was an awesome server at our pool! Christopher was an awesome entertainer and was able to get everyone to play pool volleyball together. Thankfully we had privilege status so we could use the separate pool. The meals took at least 1.5-2 hours to get your food as well. We ate at almost every restaurant and had a poor experience everywhere.
Thankfully we had a/c, where a lot of other guests did not. There was mold in our bathroom and on the mirror in our room.
